- eProdat analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and adjust the range of products and services to your preferences.

- Handling your payment for the execution of the agreement.

Processing of data relating to minors
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian permission. Your rights
As available and except as limited by applicable law, the rights granted to individuals are:
- To know if we are processing your data or not.
- To get access to your personal data.
- To request the rectification of your data if they are incorrect or incomplete.
- To request the erasure of your data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes or which they were processed or if you withdraw your consent.
- To request the restriction of the processing of your data, in some cases, in which case we will only keep them in accordance with the legislation in force.
- To object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a specific situation or for reasons of direct marketing.
- To transfer your data, which will be provided in a structured, common and machine-readable form. If you wish, we can send them to the new data controller you designate. This is only valid in certain cases.

Exercise of rights
We have forms to exercise your rights. Ask us by e-mail or, if you prefer, you can use the forms drawn up by the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
You can send a request for access, rectification, erasure, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@eprodat.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) black or use the KopieID app designed by the Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens (more information: https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/identiteitsfraude/vraag-en-antwoord/veilige-kopie-identiteitsbewijs). This is to protect your privacy. The forms can also be handed in person or sent by post to the address of the data controller at the beginning of this document. If someone represents you, you must attach a copy of your ID or sign it with your electronic signature.
We will process your request within one month of your request. In the case of complex applications, we apply a period of two months. In this case, we will let you know within one month that we need more time.
